Hi I’m Maple

If it’s mildly interesting, slightly chaotic, or just plain ridiculous, I’m probably writing about it. My blog is a mix of deep dives into obscure topics, unfiltered personal ramblings, and whatever else my hyperfixation of the week happens to be.
Expect sarcasm, oversharing, and way too many late-night thoughts. Whether you’re here to learn something new, procrastinate, or just embrace the absurdity of existence with me, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Make yourself at home (but don’t touch the weird stuff).

Sometimes, I even manage to be coherent. Other times, it’s just a stream of consciousness fueled by caffeine and questionable life choices. Either way, you’ll find a mix of curiosity, cynicism, and the occasional existential crisis sprinkled in for good measure. Stick around if you enjoy deep conversations about nonsense—or nonsense about deep things.

More about Maple

Maple never set out to be a blogger. It just kind of… happened. One day, she had too many thoughts swirling in her head, and the next, she was throwing them onto the internet like confetti at a party no one asked for. It started small—just a few posts here and there, mostly rants about mildly infuriating things, deep dives into weirdly specific topics, and the occasional overshare that left her questioning why she had no filter. But somehow, it stuck. At first, it was a personal outlet. A place to scream into the void without the awkwardness of real-life conversations. Then, people started reading. Not a lot at first—just a handful of strangers who either stumbled in by accident or were equally obsessed with whatever niche topic she was hyperfixated on that week. But that was enough. Enough to keep writing, enough to keep sharing, enough to make her realize that maybe, just maybe, her chaotic brain had a place in the vast, ever-expanding world of the internet.

Maple’s blog became an extension of herself—messy, unpredictable, and full of tangents that barely stayed on topic. One post would be an in-depth analysis of a forgotten internet relic from 2008, and the next would be a 2 a.m. existential crisis about whether or not raccoons have secret societies (they totally do). Some posts were well thought out; others were written in a caffeine-fueled haze with zero proofreading. But that was part of the charm. Over time, she realized that blogging wasn’t just about writing. It was about connection. Strangers from across the world would drop into her comment section, sharing their own ridiculous thoughts, validating her unhinged theories, or just saying, “Same.” It was weirdly comforting, knowing that even in the vastness of the internet, there were people just as weird, curious, and prone to late-night existential ramblings as she was.
